Credit where it's due to Honda, it does know how to make a compelling advert, the kind that you never want to end and crammed with cool stuff. From the
to the infamous 'Cogs' advert for the Accord and the 'Impossible Dream' epic, Honda's ads are often more memorable than the cars they're promoting. They just are.
Anyway, there's another captivating commercial now out. It's called 'Paper' and it tracks Honda's history of cars, bikes, planes and, er, lawnmowers through folded pieces of paper. Which doesn't sell it very well. The official bio describes it as 'multiple animators manipulate thousands of hand-drawn illustrations' and it's really like no other advert you've seen. The making of vid is well worth a look too. Now hurry up with the NSX!
