996 Sport pack 52K Miles (1998)

Registered before 1st March 2001, so still in the lower tax bracket!

52,000 miles. Porsche Carrera 2, Sport Pack including full leather sports seats, sports suspension, sunroof, 6 speed, 18" Turbo wheels. The classic colour combination of silver with dark grey leather. TRACKER fitted with 12 months subscription. Cruise control, heated seats, aluminium dials, traction control.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE NICEST HANDLING AND STEERING EARLY 996'S.

Just had £2800 suspension upgrade and refurbishment by JZ Machtech. They fitted the Porsche OEM MO30 sports suspension, including dampers, springs, roll bars, all bushes replaced, lower control arms etc. Full suspension bill of health from JZ. Now drives awesome, but not too track focussed so great for the road.
6 months MOT, but happy to have a new one done on sale.
Full Porsche service history until 42k miles in 2006, major service carried out at 48K by Porsche specialist Promax motorsport ( www.promaxmotorsport.com). All MOT's and service records to confirm mileage and well looked after. I bought the car as a low mileage example that had seen infrequent use over the previous 12 months. Since then it has had many of the usual niggles sorted out by promax, new discs and pads all round, suspension geometry, engine belts changed at last service, new ignition coil packs plus other minor repairs. Wheels and tyres are in good condition.

This is a nice example of this model year, with low mileage. The 996 is a great introduction to the 911 range, good value and useable every day.
