was driving hime from work at 8pm on a 70mph dual road with no traffic.
after admitadly putting the power down comming off a rounderbout i accelerated to 80mph (i looked down at the clock) the road is only about 1.5mile long then you reach another rounderbout with traffic lights.
I stoped at a red light and just as the lights turned green a marked patrol car pulled up next to me.
he then signalled for me to pull to the side of the road.
after a lot of talking from him and not a word from me he gave me a producer and then told me he beleved i was way over 100mph as he couldent keep up with me 
at this time i was in his car and looking at the camera and screen which was turned off and he offered me no evidence.
5 months later and im in court. i plee not guilty and get told by magistrates "we are not willing to argue your case" was then told by prosacution "we are not willing to set another court date as thers no point and will cost (me) allot of money"
I then requested to be given evidence of incident and was told... get this "THERE IS NONE"
at this i asked to have case thrown out.
court replyed with the question "can you prove you where not over 100mph?"!!
NO AS IM NOT REQUIRED TO PROVE ANYTHING AS IM INNOCENT UNTILL PROVEN GUILTY!!
thats not a good enough argument in court aparantly so im now £190 out of pocket and cant drive for 6 weeks!

I took the Escort Series 1 Rst out for a blast, got carried away thinking....could this be the last time I drive you? Well it nearly was! Passed under a bridge near the Bath turning (M4 west bound) with a Merc Estate waiting for me, I was so glad it took him ages to catch me up, unfortunately my fuel tank was smaller than his,I was only slowing down because I was running out of fuel then I saw the flashing blue lights & the rush of adrenalin turned to a grim fear of being bummed by Gripper Mcfadden in prison! Court hearing was adjurned till I finished my tour, got back and was slapped on the wrist with 6 points and a fine.
