Second generation Geodesy system with extra features.

Features over and above the basic Geodesy system include 'First Beep' which warns by one audible beep when the first indicator of the scale of ten is illuminated. This will bring the users attention that they are in range of an 'accident black spot'.

The Plus is also speed sensitive allowing the Geodesy to remain the same when exceeding the speed limit, with full audio and visual alarm, but when travelling within the speed limit, the display still shows the warning but does not flash or make a sound.

Finally it includes Auto Ranging. Activating this feature will decrease the chosen range by 50% when the camera is in a 30mph or less zone, and by 30% in a speed zone between 31mph and 51mph, and full range when in a 51mph or more.

Used mine for 3 years now. Sometimes slow to get a lock, and positioning is critical.

Had one of the original geodesys now it's modded up to plus standard.
Would be better if directional but then again it's letting you know the cam's there anyway for the return journey.
Don't know if it will ever be modded up again as company ha...

I have 2 of these (one on each car). Along with Valentine 1 radar detectors which have kept me out of trouble so far. The system works but I think there are better products available now.

Works well in both my Tamora and Discovery. Usually locks on in less than 60 seconds. Really needs to be directional if it is not to lose sales to it's rivals.

Doesn't always lock on to GPS satellites in poor weather.In good weather it takes up to 20 mins to lock on sometimes.

Was an early user and took the Plus upgrade later. Has always seemed to be reliable but sometimes goes offline for short periods. Having said that I have not exactly mounted it optimally but more for convenience. Better mounting kit would be an advantage ...
