There'll be hundreds of TVRs converging on Blackpool tomorrow, heading for the huge party being thrown for the benefit of TVR's ex-workers.
But if you haven't bought your tickets, then it's too late, as the closing date was a week ago. The party, dubbed ThunderBall, which will happen at the Blackpool's Winter Gardens, looks set to be huge.
According to organiser David Hughes: "We are now expecting a staggering 550 to 600 attendees, for what could be the last time the workers are gathered together in one place. In addition to the attractions of a live band, disco, food, drink and great company, we have received donations of more than 40 prizes, from generous supporters which will be raffled on the night.
"There are convoys arranged from all corners of the country, synchronised to converge in Blackpool at the same time on Saturday afternoon. The day after the party, even more TVR owners will be joining the ThunderBall attendees for a parade drive to the old factory in Bristol Avenue, for a last photocall at the home of TVR before heading off in convoy for a drive around the Trough of Bowland."
