This is the new SL350, yes really it's the new car.
Although the car pictured features the optional AMG body kit, it still looks remarkably similar to the outgoing model- the biggest change being CLS style headlights along with a new front end. We'll have to wait to see the standard car to see if the aggressive looks of the AMG kit are replicated more subtlety for non- kitted models. The rear sees some subtle changes too with LED rear lights and a more rounded shape.
The interior designer seems to like using wood, just take a look at that dashboard and steering wheel, we can only hope that is an optional extra.
Two new AMG models will be offered from launch, the SL65 with a twin turbo V12 producing 612HP and the SL63 with a 6.3 V8 churning out 525HP- some more subtle additions are added to these cars in the form of a new boot spoiler, rear diffuser and revised exhausts.
The SL lives on, and on and on.
