Ok, so itís still German in origin, but Arden has more than 25 years of experience in turning out fettled Jaguars and Land Rovers, instead of its home-grown German talent.
Ardenís first Mini-based tuning project is a Cooper S performance kit based on the companyís own entry into this yearís Mini Challenge series. The kit will take its inspiration from the Challenge car and its senior driver E.Pirro, who is a multipe winner of the race series' "Gentleman Driver" class for the over 50s.
The company hasnít given any indication of the performance boost their tuned Cooper S will get, but there will be a range of performance add-ons including sports suspension, sports exhaust and custom designed Arden alloys.
Arden will also go to work on the carís interior, which is likely to be covered in high quality leather with wood and carbon fibre trim.
