S Club Heaven

Often the forgotten model in TVR's range, over twenty S owners from around the country gathered to provide a with a reminder of the car that saved TVR
When Mark Johnston suggested a get together for S owners it wasn't long before a list of 30 possible attendees was sorted and on Sunday, S owners from around the south east and further afield (including Wales!) descended on Virginia Waters in Surrey.
Over Twenty S's attended the gathering (joined briefly by a bunch of Tuscans too) to talk TVR and enjoy a spot of lunch. After the obligatory photo session, a blast up to Marlow confused many a passer by as they took in the convoy of cars burbling through the town to another pub.
A full range of cars attended from early S's right through to V8S's, an S4 and a custom 220bhp S3 V6. It was great demonstration of the diversity of TVRs with even these twenty cars all being entirely unique. As for some of the sports exhausts being demonstrated, some V6's were sounding more evil than V8s!
No doubt another (and larger) gathering will ensue in the new year.
