And in time honored Colorado fashion, it's snowing again. Quite heavily, settling, and a decent amount predicted. We've also got a flash flood warning active as it rained a lot previously.

I'm out of this thread now, the weather is utterly depressing. I cannot remember the last time it was so dank and miserable and grey for so long.

At least it’s sunny today and getting some badly needed outside jobs done. Chilly in the strong NE wind though.

Its really getting me down. Its the worst of all things. Wet, cold, grey. I could live with April showers if was at least warm.

Club cricket season started today and I am coaching for the kids game tomorrow and if the forecast is even 50% right thats going to get called off. Currently its wall to wall heavy rain the whole night.

There was a cool wind earlier in Aberdeenshire but it's very pleasant and almost flat calm here now, having a few beers with the dogs and soaking up some much needed vitamin D!

Haha, not really a thing here thankfully. Occasional cleg (horsefly?) on the rare occasion it gets properly warm and humid but that's about it.

People think Highland Scotland and think midges. We keep that thought going as it stops lots of them arriving! wink

Went cycling this morning down here, bloody chilly. 10 degrees with a headwind. Jumper this afternoon when going to the village then a coat for the dog walk, where it chucked it down for 10 mins prior and then for about two hours so far afterwards. Really depressing.

Yup, it’s been a beautiful day hasn’t it. Chill seemed to disappear tonight, and got the grass cut for the first time this year before the rain comes in again tomorrow. Even got a bike ride in too!

In time honored fashion, consider this your three day warning to cover it back up again!

Same. I utterly despise this weather with every fibre of my being, I moved away from the west coast of Ireland specifically to get away from this.

9 holes at 6.45 was lovely… wind totally dropped, almost warm in the sun - golf course in great condition considering the battering it’s had. Didn’t get around to cutting my grass - even though it badly needs it - as I needed to repair 20ft of fencing destroyed by the wind in November.
