“The launch of a ULA #DeltaIVHeavy carrying the #NROL70 mission for the @NatReconOfc was scrubbed due to an issue with the gaseous nitrogen pipeline which provides pneumatic pressure to the launch vehicle systems. The team initiated operations to secure the vehicle.”
“The launch is now planned for Fri., March 29 at 1:37 p.m. EDT”
- ULA
I think we’re 4 hours ahead currently, so 5.37 pm UK time.

ULA haven't given an update on it since. Figures it would take longer to fix than a day though. One of the problems they have with little used rockets like this is degradation of pad equipment in a coastal environment. The last Delta IV Medium launch was 5 years ago & the previous Delta IV Heavy from there was last June.
A Falcon 9 Starlink launch at Vandenberg was also scrubbed a few hours later on. They'll try again later today. SpaceX have 3 launches planned from their respective pads over the weekend. Two Starlinks and Eutelsat-36D.
I'm not sure if the Delta 4 Heavy's problems will delay the Florida Falcons as well.

ULA say they're now planning to launch the Delta 4 Heavy next week: Tuesday, April 9 at 12:53 pm EDT, which is a UK friendly 5.53 pm.
With a $400 million rocket and a ~$1Bn payload, the caution is understandable.
It looks like a Vulcan Heavy rocket is in the offling. Now that would be impressive.
