Depends on the car.I didn't see the OP however some cars can have the oil changed from topside, using a Pela. Many (if not all) Mercedes and BMW models for instance.
I think the cost of that would probably mean it's no cheaper than getting it done by a garage. Definitely worth it when heavily pregnant!
