I'm struggling. I thought it would be an easy choice, that being the Integra. The FK8 is brilliant and I love it, but the DC5 is just, special. One needs to go as I'm conspiring to marry Miss Badger, plus savings and home improvements etc etc, so one definitely has to go. I'm hugely fortunate to own both, and I was going to put the Integra up for sale at the weekend but couldn't. It's nigh on immaculate, low mileage with some lovely Mugen and Spoon bits.

Don't get married and keep both.

You will thank me in years to come.
That actually made me laugh out loud in the coffee shop I'm currently in laugh

Worse problems to have, eh!

Depends how you use them I reckon. If the FK8 is the daily and the DC5 comes out on high days and holidays, I'd be tempted to sell the Integra as the Civic is still pretty special for a spin out on a summer's afternoon. If you use the Integra regularly, it's reliable and you have access to another car to save the Integra from tip runs and such, I'd sell the Civic. Or sell the Civic, buy a cheap runaround and pocket the rest. Then of course it depends on how much you like each one, and how much cash you want; without any further details, the FK8 is probably worth more for the time being.
Yes this is where I kind of stand at the moment, the Civic is the daily and the Integra is the second car for warm sunny days etc. Its better at the practical things, although the Integra has a massive boot. It's the day in day out all weather running that will be bad for it, but like someone else said, I could just get a boring runaround I guess, but part of the plan was only having to worry about one car in terms of servicing, insurance, maintenance etc.

The post saying sell the most easily replaceable one keeps playing on my mind though.

Jst keep both of you can. Life is too short. I know it’s not a DC5 but I love my DC2, every drive is an experience & its performance level is such that you can enjoy it safely & sensibly.
I had a couple of these back in the day at various points, loved the DC2 as well, although contrary to popular opinion I always felt the DC5 was the better car in most areas apart from probably weight (but then more power and bigger engine) and VTEC crossover is more aggressive in the DC2. Splitting hairs though, both are excellent.

Just this week I had the Tesco man raving about the DC5 on the driveway, followed by a young guy taking tons of photos and looking around it for about 10 minutes while parked at Costa Coffee. The FK8 gets lots of attention too, but not as much as the Integra, but it seems particularly lately the Teg is getting lots of love just as it's coming to selling time banghead

To update this, I'm keeping both! At least for the foreseeable future.

My mum has taken leave or her senses and amazingly kindly given me some money towards the wedding fund, saying that my dad (deceased) would have wanted to contribute to the big day. She's also given me something towards some home improvements etc which is wonderful.

Feel very lucky and undeserving, but big shout out to the Mother Badger!
