Anyone with Oxford Hotgrips Pro had issues with right side?

Per title, anyone had issues with Oxford Hotrips Pro (specifically these with the integrated controller) and the right side not working?
I bought a set from SBS and and the right side failed, they were replaced and they've done exactly the same thing.
Seems a bit odd to get two in a row that are wonky?
Any info appreciated.
