My fave is the tableau of a car accident and the upended
car still has a wheel spinning, not powered, just turning.

I think they get this taught at film school, like the ease in which cops,
assassins, drug dealers, terrorists can happily park outside the place they
are visiting, be it in central London or Manhattan.

Not car related, so sorry about that. American office workers when they get fired.

People standing in front of a mirror, appearing to be face on to the mirror as ‘we’ see their reflection filling the mirror while they talk, do their hair, make up, etc. whereas all they will really be seeing in the mirror - is a camera.
This one is quite clever. It involves twins and puppets

Car crashes always result in a fiery explosion; always!

It bugs me when somebody is carrying and drinking from an obviously empty cup.

Could they not just put water in it to make it look a bit realistic.

My favourite is, when attempting to create a sense of urgency, a car either pulls up or departs rather briskly to the sound of the tyres squealing.

On grass or gravel.

Characters crying. Gut wrenching, heartbreaking sobs. But no tears.

Hit the gym, peeps. Work on those acting muscles.

Suppressors/silencers in movies. Always the same ‘fwip’ sound. Nothing at all like the genuine article.

The car rocking back and forth when it stops and someone gets out always gets me, I know it will move but it's always ridiculous.
The best example of this may be in Rita and Sue and Bob too.
I believe the vehicle rocks steadily perhaps for other reasons

Anything anywhere near, or remotely connected to, the sea, overlay the sound of a gull.

Not such a big deal, except our dog hates the sound and will always bark at it!

The same eagle (I assume it's an eagle) has been calling in every Hollywood film or US TV series set in any kind of countryside for decades.

ETA: it's an eagle alright.
As noted in the comments, what you see soaring over the plains is the majestic and highly-symbolic American Bald Eagle.
But that has a rather pathetic "whistle" so is invariably overdubbed with the classic, eerie screech of a red-tailed hawk.

I'm not alone in wondering this!

When Lehman Brothers collapsed everyone in their NY building was told to come to the office and collect there personal items. There were hundreds of people, including several friends, looking like the one below. My friends said it was humiliating with all the press desperate to get a photo.

And people being casually interviewed at work, or in the street by a detective in series such as Midsomer Murders or Endeavour will show no courtesy and simply announce that they are in a hurry and walk off. Most people I know, myself included, would be fairly intimidated by a couple of police officers and would submit to non-accusatory questions with deferential politeness, at least for a while.

One wonders that the good folk of Midsomer, living in the murder
capital of the world, would be a bit more circumspect
and never talk to the police.

As we are all very au fait with police procedurals programmes,
it's annoying when shows like Columbo and Murder She Wrote
flagrantly flout the actual rules of evidence, chain of
custody, miranda rights and witnesses being interviewed
without it being audio or video recorded or a having a lawyer
present, all grevious errors that any lawyer worth their
salt would apply to a judge for such material to be
inadmissable if it went to trial.

The last time I switched the lights on in an industrial unit there was a selection of quiet buzzing then the clinking/tinkling of the fluorescent tubes lighting up.
Never had the almighty clunks and bangs which seem to accompany Hollywood lights powering up.
