Just means it's byres; the roof looks sound enough even though the ridges are a bit swaybacked away from the habitable section. There's a similar if less grand steading up the road from me, the whole lot has the roof fallen in through neglect and the separate farmhouse is following on behind.

Wow. The sort of thing I'd love to find in a couple of years time. Although looking at street view there appears to be a footpath sign at the entrance to the driveway. Love the design of the house, cantilever, big garage, views over the golf course etc....
However the location on the main road AND on top of the railway line leave somewhat to be desired.
