Ah, ok. I wondered if you were a pro and had seen something odd. I think a problem should be covered by buildings cover after the house warranty expires but a structural engineers report would be peanuts in comparison to the price.

The house is very nice but it is pretty close to the A27. And there’s a very smelly pig farm nearby too which might provide some interesting fragrance when the wind is blowing in the wrong direction.

That's rather cool - lots of potential too to do all sorts of stuff.

But I like this one - back on the market... across the common to get to the pub.

Anderby Creek is just down the coast from Donna Nook bombing/gunnery range and almost next door to Mablethorpe.

Now if I could somehow arrange for some live ordnance to miss Donna Nook and land on Mablethorpe...

Two things spring to mind:
1) Piss poor floor plan, no mention of the slide.
2) I’d buy that just for the slide. I have no kids.

Kitchen and only bathroom shown are crap. No floor plan. Wonder why?

One other thing leaps out at me. It’s dead opposite a Wetherspoons.
