I've got lots of N9000's and I'm a UK9. Never felt the need to go for a different size.
Where do you get them from. Don’t really want to pay the £240 they are asking.
You owe me a beer.

You're welcome.

Yeah. 43 is what you needed. Here's one of my boxes:-

574's are very wide. N9000's aren't quite as wide. But I've got proper wide feet and have no issues with N9000's. Wouldn't have so many pairs of them if I did. Not exactly scientific but hope that helps.
Thanks good to know as I've never owned Diadora and have a wider than average feet..574 being one of the few models of NB that works for me and some of the Asics sportstyle range.

When you look at Nike's OG Waffle Racer silhouette, it's easy to see NB's inspiration for those -

I’ve got 5 of the new balance RC30’s in different colours as Nike stopped doing their waffle racers, I had loads of those as well.

One thing with the new balance they are fking lethal on wet floors. Ice skate like traction has done for me more than once.

Why is ebay too risky?

You can't sell them on StockX if you've worn them - unless they would pass as deadstock condition. GOAT is another option if you're trying to sell used.

There are also Facebook groups to buy / sell shoes.
Thanks

I just hear too many stories of buyers making up ridiculous reasons and demanding refunds, and ebay and PayPal just siding instantly with the buyer. I always think (rightly or wrongly) that Vinted and FB Market place are equal cess pits

"are these still for sale?"
"Yes"
"Will you take 20% of the price?"
"no thanks"

laugh

Didn't know StockX don't take used. Good to know.

I hadn't heard of GOAT, so I'll give them a look. Thanks

They've still got the scrunched up paper jammed in them! laugh

They would probably pass that "new old stock" thing. But fact is I wore them to walk to the shops to try them out for about 15 mins. There was a couple bits of dirt which wiped off easily with a damp bit of kitchen roll. In an ideal world I want the buyer to turn up. See them in the box, say "Ok, I'll have them" give me the cash and ps off never to be seen again.

Probably too much to ask. Going to get a trillion messers wanting to try them on first or whatever. Or try and knock me down 50% in person, or not even turn up when they say they will!

This! My wife buys loads of stuff, I have bought a pair of trainers on there. People will offer you a bit less than posted so add £10 to what you want!

Nice! I’m a huge fan, they are super comfy. I’ve got 2 pairs in orange and the yellow/green/blue.

Regular colourways are a bit bland, they work much better with a lot of colour imo

I've still got (and wear) my black pair of those. Great shoe.

I beg to differ, I find 574s quite narrow for my wide feet.

I have 5 pairs of 574...think all v2 Classics or Core i.e: same model, different colours all in D fit yet the most recent grey pair feel very narrow to the extent may just sell on. I always assumed 574's were wider than average (hence bought a few pairs) but my last two pairs of trainers, Kayano 14's and another pair of Asics feel much roomier both width and toebox room.

In fairness, I have feet like a Chimpanzee.

I don't judge smile

Interested to know what trainers work for you for width-wise?
I don't know if my feet expanded during COVID (WFH best part of 2 years) but even 574's are causing me grief with rubbing/abrasion...have ended up buying running shoes but not for running!

To be fair, your feet naturally want to splay anyway, so wearing wider footwear is probably healthier for your feet regardless.

Current collection that all work:
Stan Smiths a half size up
Gola Harrier
Puma Liga
Saucony Jazz
Diadora Camaro
K-Swiss Court
Some Aisics stability runners that I forget the name of

Cheers and in the spirit of sharing, here are my wide-foot friendly in no particular order:
NB 574 albeit half a size up compared to other brands and as mentioned earlier widths seem inconsistent
Mizuno GV87 (run slightly long by half a size)
Adidas Pureboost( the original models, have a couple of variants albeit all are discontinued now)
Adidas ZX 5k boost (very heavy though, wouldn't walk about in these)
Adidas Ultraboost ST (original model)
ASICS Kayano 14
ASICS Sportstyle or Venture range (Gel lytes far too narrow)
Nike winflow 3 or 4 and old skool lunar glides
Saucony Jazz OG

I won't include running shoes but Brooks, Asics and Mizuno seem to work well and NB in wide widths

@ The Jimi - Agreed and less bothered about sleek trainers now so bulbous toeboxes are fine if comfy/accommodating smile
