Thanks for that.
I don’t have a problem with bad luck, that’s just life and BTW I have a really good one.
No, my problem is piss poor support from the dealer who shall now remain nameless but we all know who they are and being silenced on this forum.
Ignoring genuine concerns and misappropriation or theft of my property whilst my car is in their care is unforgivable and I thought the forum would like to know that. Seems I was wrong.

I realise of course in this day and age we are all censored to some extent. Shame really.

Feel free to remove this post mr moderator as it’s my last visit.
So presumably you now have definitive proof that the dealer did steal you engine cover and has owned up to doing so?

Just noticed you last comment so please ignore.

Well read then ignore hehe

I suspect not but now we’ll never know. Sad for us.

Just for balance, same dealer for those that recall prior to the name being deleted.

They did my first service yesterday, perfect. Quick, efficient, actually took the car straight in and did it at the appointment time, definitely got my own engine cover back, correctly completed the service book (a minor miracle these days) and dealt with a small rattle for me that I'd not pre-told them about. smile
