Not using punctuation, and writing capital letters throughout. Shouty & rude.

Don't get what the issue is with the overtaking BMW

Lines are broken so that's ok, dash car seemed to be doing a fraction of the speed limit and visibility was good
It's doing 60ish in a 40

You can't overtake on a hatched area I think.
Provided it's surrounded by unbroken white lines you can enter it "if necesasry" (which it may be to perform an overtake!).

130
Areas of white diagonal stripes or chevrons painted on the road. These are to separate traffic lanes or to protect traffic turning right.
If the area is bordered by a broken white line, you should not enter the area unless it is necessary and you can see that it is safe to do so.
If the area is marked with chevrons and bordered by solid white lines you MUST NOT enter it except in an emergency.
Laws MT(E&W)R regs 5, 9, 10 & 16, MT(S)R regs 4, 8, 9 & 14, RTA sect 36 & TSRGD 10(1)

Tbh, it looked like the BMW could have used more of the road for the overtake so as not to shower the camera car in all the stones and debris from the hatched area, but maybe there was more to it, to get to DWDC...

Chris
It's also doing appropriately 60mph in a 40

Same thoughts here, maybe a bit fast but otherwise fine imho
"A bit fast" - approximately 60 in a 40

I have no problem prosecuting any of those clips.

Om the last one it reminds me of last week - car right up my chuff in the fast lane, nowhere for me to go and I'm not dawdling.

Middle lane clears suddenly and he bangs it into an undertaken then a brake brake brake back in (as traffic is slowing right down).

So further down, I filter. Pull alongside him and ask him why? He is jumping up and down in his car seat telling me what he would do to me and get over to the hardshoulder now.

I pointed out that he was still sat down and he continued to shout etc.

I sometimes wish I had a helmet cam but I'd be submitting footage on a daily basis as you see the bad and the ugly on a bike don't you.

If accumulating points drives them off the roads why not?

Why didn’t you pull in to the suddenly appearing middle lane?

Why did you pull alongside and confront him?

Don’t bother answering, we already know.

So why not just a 6 point job then? They went with DWDCA but no speed

Because the speed can't be measured by an approved and calibrated device.

For info. That's just off of the A38 Dobwalls.
That section of the road is 40mph.
Distance ÷ time = approx 60mph.

Many forces have prosecuted based on line spacing and footage, would be easy in that clip with the BMW driving straight over it.

Possibly, but they'd have to visit the site and measure the road markings. Better use of resources and money to do DWDCA based on speed and entering the hatched area unnecessarily and unsafe

I don't do sudden-twitch lane moves (and why would you in a car nevermind a bike).

We already know. If something has the potential to affect your physical safety sometimes you'll call it out especially on a bicycle or motorbike. Maybe not a car.
