Alfa Giulietta QV Remap? (1.75tbi)

Hello everyone!

I'm throwing around the idea of remapping the Giulietta. Ideally, I'd like a plugin box that I can remove and return to standard if needed. Does anyone know of anything like this? I'm sure I seen one years ago, but I can't find the link again

No knowledge of their maps so i can only say that I would trust Paul's judgement in offering the product

I had a BlueSpark box fitted to my Mito 1.4T multiair (135) for a couple of years.

Made a noticable different to the performance (felt like the difference between N and D, again!)

Recommended if you want something removable/untraceable. I've also heard ocne you've sold the car you can send back to BlueSpark and they'll overwrite the your box so it'll work with whatever you've purchased next...

Interesting - thank you. I had, I guess wrongly, assumed the Celtic map was a rolling road remap.

Could you recommend anyone in the midlands area who can do a proper remap?

thought I would update this topic with my experience since I posted the original question.

So after asking as many people as I could think of, Celtic Tuning was the one that received the most recommendations. I took the car to their massive and new facility in Derby. It has a new rolling road, all the bells and whistles etc.

The car now dynos at ~290bhp, 300lb/ft and revs out to 7500RPM (not that I'm doing that to be fair). Drives well, with no flat spots or issues. I've done about 500 miles since the remap - so still early days to be fair. Although even the LSD and PS2s struggle to keep her straight when under full throttle now (all part of the fun)

I also opted for the gearbox tweaks too, which have made a world of difference to how the car feels. Changes are quicker, snapper and the whole thing feels a lot tighter.

I'm pretty happy with it now. I will update if anything borks - but I don't drive it that hard really.

It’s what they call stage 1 which is tweaked on the rolling road.

If you know what the engine is, there’s no need for a custom tune - just tweak the parameters

I can’t remember. The total was around £340 I think. That’s the tune, rolling road and gearbox mod.

Yes, noticeable difference. Better delivery of torque and quicker shifts. It certainly feels a lot faster to me. The rolling road does show good tangible improvements

Last update. Another 800 back and forth to Scotland. Averaged 39.8mpg on 99 octane. So no real change in consumption.

I must state, this was driving very conservatively. Like Thatcher, almost.
