Yeah of course Cohen paid out $130k that he didn't need to purely out of the kindness of his heart.

Cohen got three years for his part, of which trump was a unindicted co-consoirator until Barr killed trumps obstruction investigation and any federal charges against him.

Weisselberg coundn't testify because the DOJ under Barr gave him immunity to testify against Cohen, weaponsiation by trump/Barr of the DOJ to punish Cohen for his lack of loyalty, which had the knock on he couldn't testify in this case
