Still weighing up whether to go to Astley Hall or Charity Farm, which one has typically been the better event overall? I.e number of cars, spectator turn outs etc?

Charity Farm happens every month so you could miss it, but usually a great and varied turnout, especially when on the field.

That said, you could probably do CF 9-10ish then head up to Astley Park!

Ended up just going to Astley Park, wasn't expecting such a large turnout, thought it would just be a few Morris Minors and MG Bs, not the likes of this

20th 21st July, wheels up north in longridge. Went to the isn’t meet last week and decent display of various cars. Some Lamborghinis, mclarens, Porsches and a wide spread of others.

28th July ultimate show Liverpool exhibition centre

Was that yours? I was in the P5B next to you!

Maybe if members are going to shows we could post up what we are taking so we can meet up in person.

Na sadly my vehicle of choice was one of the Bee Network buses. I remember seeing your P5B, very lovely 2 tone 😀

The Sunday morning meeting at the Old Piggery Cafe, on the A525 at Combermere, a few miles south west of Nantwich, is on this coming Sunday 9th June. For this event, cars must be 1990 or older. This is an experiment to try to keep numbers to a manageable level after the overwhelming number of cars that turned up when it last ran in April.

They needed to do something to reduce the number of cars in attendance but it's a shame that they've decided to trial this method of separating ages categories.

One of my favourite things about this cars and coffee morning was the variety of cars from all ages.

Mine too. I don't normally mix with the newer stuff so it's nice to see them. I expect it's the easiest way to split things, I can't think of another way that wouldn't be a load of work for the organisers.

Charity Farm back on again this Sunday (9th June). The field was too wet last weekend (normally first Sunday of the month). WN6 9PP.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned, but there’s a North Wales Cars & Coffee on the Promenade twice per month - every 1st Sunday of the month in Rhos on Sea and every 3rd Sunday in Pensarn.

Rhos on Sea is my favoured of the two. Neither has plenty of refreshments that close by, but Rhos is a lovely place.

The FB group is at https://www.facebook.com/groups/272196209803253.

There is always a good turn out and Rhos in particular is a lovely spot on a sunny Sunday morning.
