I want that Range Rover, but repainted in a period BL colour.
A sleeper in Russet Brown would be amazing 😂

The T350 seems conspicuous VFM, although I love that Alfa 2000

Yes. It's PN02. It's actually at T400 and was decked out as the DeWalt promo car before the T440 designation came about. It was the car used for the Evo trip to Le Mans about 20 years ago.

Trying to remember which one was parked up by us in Sées after the race, dark colour from memory.

PN02 was just red. The TuscanR that preceded it was on a Y plate and purple then silver. That one had a different rear light config and was chopped up. The one that came after was a metallic brown sort of colour and was the one that was badged as a T440 to differentiate it from PN02, the T400. This was the car used by Brundle in the supercar dvd. Ot did a tour of dealers with the TVR1 plate. It disappeared shortly after but I'm fairly sure I know where and what it is.

After those press cars came the 4 road cars. The first being the LNT3 grey T440. Then the pair of reflect charcoal Typhon badged cars and finally the orange Typhon.

So 6 road cars although I believe there were in fact only 5.

I remember it well, we were part of the TVR city region at the time. I think Drew Wheeler tried to sell it prevously?

It wouldn't surprise me. He did a good job selling my Typhon and was a pleasure to deal with. I think someone mentioned a while back on PH that he was acting for this one.

I nearly bought it a couple of times when mine was in at 101 and it was sitting there. It would have been quite a project as there really wasn't much attached to the body and I was in the midst of multiple Range Rover projects.

Hopefully it goes for a good price as they're rare and special cars, not really like other TVRs in the way they drive and it won't have been cheap getting it back to a trimmed road car.

I saw a candy apple red T440 at TVR101 last autumn, I assume it was this one?

Hi Rich. It would have been. It was there for years in its De Walt livery, I believe it was owned by the owner of 101 and they were deciding what to do with it. I'm glad it's gone back to its earlier spec. My plan was to drop in an LS and use it for track days. Funnily enough, I'd not given it any thought for some years until the other weekend when I was down at the Ring for the first time in a long time and just thought it would have made the most brilliant of toys.

Not Woody. His colleague who owns the 101 enterprise, the TVR and the Ford stuff.

I’m not usually one for thread policing but this has gone so far off topic I had to check I’d clicked the right link.

Drew is a great guy, I have known him since we were young teenagers, when we had Gti’s he had a Griff 500 with Ohlins shocks. I spoke to him a few weeks back.

Agree, only met him a few times when I was looking to buy a Tuscan - generous with time and not pushy.

My understanding is that it was bid to £145k but didn't sell.

Available to buy it now for £218k, sorry but I cannot see the value in it.

Nice little bonus vid just dropped.

Very nostalgic for my grandfather's London based garage. Awkward, narrow entrance, complete pain in the arse with multiple cars floating around - yet they make it work.
