Celery is the work of the devil if you just eat it raw, but it has a place (other than the bin) as an ingredient in Soups, casseroles etc, where that flavour gets toned down and is then in the background where it does add something. But eating it raw, thats just weird, someone I know eats it and says "Its great, you can put cheese on it", to which I respond, just have some cheese, why taint it with that ?
