Thats not actually over priced, my friend had an acid yellow v6 clio (reg v6YEH) which he sold a while ago for more than this. Its since been sold on a few times and the last time it was up for sale i think it was up at £95k

and here is the pistonheads article about his car.

Phase 2, rare colour and low miles-- these have been rising in price for some time!

Now, if it were yellow (liquid/acid yellow?) I'd expect at least another £5k+ on top too.

That's not to say that I'd spend £75k on one but find another!

The bright Pink Cube sold for a similar price just before I saw this one advertised. They seem to get 3K Cubes (at best) and paint them mad colours to sell on for just under 10K

Always on the Cube owners Facebook pages.

I would say, massively over priced!

Two low mileage examples available the weekend just gone by Iconic Auctioneers for sub £200k each, so you could basically buy both of these for the price!

A black one on 13,985 miles for £161.000 to buy.

A white one on 12,805 sold for £189.000 (number 433 with a matching number plate E443 COS)

From memory thats not far off the price my mate got when he sold it a while back, seems like the market for these could well be softening so he probably got out at the right time.

Just because it was advertised for £350k does not mean that it actually sold for that much money, well overpriced

Yup, seems about right for one of these right now, especially in that colour.

Looks a classic case of ‘well dear, I’ve been trying to sell it but it’s the wrong market’.

Friend recently struggled to sell a 2005 Cayman S with same mileage for 1/3 of the second one.

Wow, just insane pricing. That era Cayman and Boxster S I think are also some of the worse for the well documented Porsche engine related issues, either IMS bearing, bore scoring related, maybe even both, so they're not usually expense for that reason!

Literally more than twice the price of the next most expensive 2007 2.7 Boxster. I was going to say that has got to be a legitimate error on behalf of the seller, typing a "3" when they mean to type "1", but no, it's been on sale since August at that price!

I'm going to guess he hasn't had many calls.

Imagine buying a Boxster then getting the little one with a cuckbox. So lame hehe

As an aside I keep looking at older Boxsters as hoon cars but so many of them are smoking like Dot Cotton, knocking like Operation Yewtree on Noel Edmond's door, or both, that it does rather put one off.

My mate picked up a Copart one for about £1500. He didn't even bother fixing the very minor damage.

Had a year of fun and sold it for about £3.5k in the exact same condition.

They make sense at that price point. Those 2 clearly don't need to be sold.
