Imported car from Ukraine (from USA)

Hey my other half is Ukrainian and last week went to Ukraine to bring her USA imported ford escape titanium to UK.
It's a 2020 model and strangely has orange front and rear indicators but orange side lights at the front.
Think for mot which will be needed in 12 months that the side lights need either disabling and replacing with white, or new headlights which I'll assume are k'ing expensive.
Also the lights need aiming left as currently blinding everyone on the road.
What's the best thing to do here Re side light? Thanks in advance.
