I used both the above as a start and followed to the letter they are great. I’ve since added lime juice and more fresh chillis to both but I do like s bit of heat.

Thanks for that. I've just tried the cucumber recipe for lunch and enjoyed it. I used both the above as a start and followed to the letter they are great. I’ve since added lime juice and more fresh chillis to both but I do like s bit of heat.
I'd agree that it can take quite a lot more chilli.
