Of the 4 cars built one was based on TR kit. The other 3 were powered by Triumph engines but based on a Morgan +4.http://trtom.wordpress.com/2012/05/17/triumph-tr4-...

Cut & Paste post from my Spa6 2013 topic:
The Morgan coupe gotta be one of my Spa6 favourites. This Triumph powered 1964 +4 SLR was a bit unlucky this year but it looked and sounded gorgeous. John Sprinzel (SLR = Sprinzel LawrenceTune Racing) was the driving force behind the LM coupe: the streamlined and polished aluminium bodywork provided for a higher Vmax so much needed for LM success. Only 3 were made and this is one. There is a fourth but based on Triumph TR4 bits. With a value of about 250K this is as rare as it is precious. My mate Mike bell drove a painted - the weight! - in the gents race.
