Does have a valid residents parking permit but not moved in a long time.
But unless it has MOT/Insurance/Tax it is probably illegally parked and likely to be towed if noticed by the local council or disgruntled neighbours.

It's taxed and MOT exempt according to DVLA

I forgot about the MOT exemption. I guess that makes it easier as it could be insured (which it is) quite cheaply and just left there to collapse!

Reminds me of "Lady in the Van"......?

If you can get a residents parking permit from someone and don't need an MOT, then for some that'd be cheap accommodation in certain swanky London suburbslaugh

How much did that broom cupboard go for a few years back close to Harrods IIRC?

Hi Sandy. Lurking here mostly. The Allard shares an earth floored barn with a BJ8 and a Midget, maybe 10 miles from me. Owners have what I think are unrealistic ideas about values etc. Will PM you

At a guess I'd say Austin Devon/Somerset and Bedford Ca Dormobile.

Screenshotted this off google earth as couldn't stop to take a photo.

This is just down the road from where I live and it hasn't moved in the 18 months Ive been here. I spoke to one of the other neighbours about it before and apparently the owner wont sell it as they will get round to it

I don't think that's a CA, it's something like an Austin A55. Not from the photo, I've also driven past it many times and I think the bonnet is too long for a CA.

I'd agree with it being an A55 van. Looks like a 'Suntor' roof conversion too.
