An hour from ilfracombe would get you back into Somerset along the top, must be down past Clovelly towards Cornwall on the bit I don’t know before Bude

No thats in Lynton and nothing like as large in the tower department

I'm sure it's the one they call "The Devon Cathedral" but I thought the nearest town was Bude too .

Its not in Bude but it is within 30 mins of Bude

It is sometimes called the cathedral of north Devon

I agree. An was giving it until 6pm this evening

Its St Nectans church in a tiny village called Stoke, which is close to Hartland Village and a couple of miles from Hartland Point. Reputed to be the tallest church tower in Devon and visible from some way out at sea. I took the pic on Friday just after I have been to our holiday let to set up the garden furniture etc.
