I love his enthusiasm!
watching this 4 year journey has been an eye opener to me (I've been retired for a year and a half).
I'm only 60 and having a great time with gigs and sport and meeting friends that I've always been away for in my working life.
I would really like a project but don't have the space, especially the covered space. I have a big parking area but only a tiny narrow single 1950's style garage that I can carefully get the Z4M in but no Chance with the M4. Also I couldn't work on the Z4M because it's so tight.
It's got me thinking about selling up, getting somewhere more suited to what I would like to potter around with in a project style.

What a house, what a car collection, well deserved. Hard work does pay off.
I hope that he hasn't over committed himself, but he has done so well in such a short time, that I'm sure he will be alright.Good on him.
He who dares, Rodney. He who dares
I'm 99% sure I've been watching since somewhere around the end of the S5 and beginning of the Bentley and been watching ever since. I think that widening the "crew" size in the videos with the inclusion of his Dad and cameraman has been an absolutely fantastic move, plus the friendship with Tavarish seemed to really open Mat up to the US YT market and it won't be long before he hits 3M subs.

Awesome! Great work on unleashing the horses in the manège
It looks as though it’s a slow move between the two so possibly keeping the old one as a rental? If so, the upgrade is all the more impressive. HWBT.

It’s not a ménage, that’s something else altogether

Fair play to you Matt - awesome video and congrats on an epic place indeed, along with an incredible journey I never spotted the custard myself, we can but live in hope Keep up the good work and look forward to more videos in the near future - I see you are almost at 3 million subs, maybe time for a giveaway....perhaps to drive some of your collection for a very lucky person?!Edited by Siko on Tuesday 7th May 09:46
It does make me laugh when the cliché comes out about hard work paying off.
Is it hard work when you're enjoying yourself? I think it's much harder when you're not.
Matt is a classic mix of a particular set of skills at the right time mixed with managing to create your own good luck.
20 years ago, he'd have been chaving up Fords or Vauxhall's on his parents drive and he would have just been another dick head with dream car posters and a job valeting cars. At best, he might have made it into detailing other people's exotics.
YouTube has enabled him to make the most of his specific skills and hopefully launch him into a career beyond YT as history has demonstrated that YT fame and success rarely lasts.
He works hard, he works smart and he's got good people around him.

My wife has started to get hooked on your videos Matt as I've watched them from the start. To see where you've come from its credit to yourselves. (Not seen the new house one yet!)
Stay away from everyman please please please lol
Keep up the good work and congratulations on the property.
