She raged him first when he pulled out in front of her and repeatedly flashed and honked horn at him.

He has reacted and far from terrified she filmed him while laughing at him from the safety of her locked vehicle.

What’s happened here is she’s seen red because he got in front and ended up setting him up as he’s reacted badly.

He’s an idiot for reacting but she’s a sociopath for lying in court to get revenge all because he got in front of her.
As for setting him up, she didn't force him to get out of his vehicle etc.
That’s why he’s an idiot for reacting like he did.

Fact is she started the whole thing by flashing and honking at him with no need to.

It came down to a female judge believing a woman over a man and now he faces prison time another great day for british justice.
Nice to have a reminder that not everyone on here is a competent and sane road user.

Yeah, can't even get out of you car and abuse women nowadays.

Country's gone soft I tells yer. Back in my day a copper would turn up and give her a slap and then shake your hand. World's gone woke when they even let wimmin judges decide your fate. Obvious stitch up when she should be back at home getting the husband's dinner ready.

Just wait until Farage gets in power. Then we'll see...
Wow triggered much laugh
You're gonna need a bigger spade with all that digging

You're making yourself look daft now with the victim blaming.

How on earth is the woman a "sociopath" and what does how well she's done career wise have to do with anything?

Would you behave the way he did?

You're bound to say "no of course not" despite your grubby defence of this bloke.

So why make excuses for his criminal behaviour?
I’m not blaming anyone.

She started the incident because her ego couldn’t let it go for what a few seconds.

Have this happen daily to me I never react you have to let it go.

She drew first blood.

You've said she's a sociopath.

You've said she set him up.

You've commented on her career.

You've suggested the judge being a woman was a factor.

Now you're banging on about "first blood".

If you're not blaming anyone what would you call it?

Wow, whoever thought honking a horn could justify that response

Whats crazy is the people who go around physically assaulting people causing lasting physical harm - like that case on here the other day of the woman who glassed the bloke in a pub in Manchester for guessing her age wrong - and only got a suspended sentence.

Yet this guy will probably go to prison?

Did I miss something?

Honestly some of the sentencing logic (or apparent lack of) beats me.

As someone said a few posts back give him 500 hours community service working with womens charities or something that might show him why it's not OK to behave like that.

Plus, of course, it's pointless and it's bad manners.

As opposed to you being a man and believing a man over a woman? Even when we know the man is clearly a bit unhinged?

I rarely get road rage these days. I find it annoys the fkers more giving a big smile and a wave in situations where I’d once have honked. I’d never have been the type to get out of the car and that’s an unforgivable line.

She has played the situation well.

He hasn’t.

But they share the blame for creating a situation that didn’t have to happen.

Only last month we had a poster defending a man jailed for verbally abusing their female neighbour and throwing stones at them.

That poster went on to say that the judge was out of their depth.

That poster was you.

Are you moulding into some sort of 'defender of twunts'?

How do they "share the blame" for his criminal behaviour?

Did she force him to get out of his car and abuse and threaten her?

Absolutely!
There's some seriously unhinged people out there. It's definitely got worse in the last few years.
