Spursy were terrible and even at 4-0 I didn’t think we (LFC) were electric either, which shows how bad they were. Once the foot came off the gas spursy were always going to score a consolation effort.
Taking a step back though spurs fans shouldn’t be too downhearted - you’ve got a great stadium, 2 solid centre backs and a manager who hasn’t had a chance to get his players in and who lost Kane before the season started. Top 5 finish in that context is still positive.

Obvious troll is obvious.
1st part is trolling (or rather rubbing it in), but second part is genuine. Spurs stadium is fantastic so infrastructure / revenue generation isn’t an issue, you have a broad spine of a team to build around (both centre backs, Son, Maddison) etc. and Ange hasn’t yet had a decent transfer window to get his players in. Start of the season with Kane going I would think most would have taken 5th.NRG1976 said:

Silly plastic Liverpool fans. Taking a step back though spurs fans shouldn’t be too downhearted - you’ve got a great stadium, 2 solid centre backs and a manager who hasn’t had a chance to get his players in and who lost Kane before the season started. Top 5 finish in that context is still positive.

Utd did us a favour, up into 4th now.
Next week will be the first time we’ve been able to field our starting 11 since mid October.
How we’ve managed to stay in the mix while fielding royal and Davis as CBs is beyond me.
I fancy us to catch the south Londoners. Still got to play them at home.

Your missing the point mate!
They shouldn’t need upping their training if they are elite at their peak athletes.
And if they are elite athletes their diet should be excellent anyway or the previous regimes have been negligent or incompetent.
Anyhoo Conte has his work cut out with this bunch of serial bridesmaids.
What sort of reaction are you hoping for with a comment like that? I’m not even a Spurs fan, I just think comments like that are embarrassing, what is the point They shouldn’t need upping their training if they are elite at their peak athletes.

Feel better now.

Not a penalty. Waiting for the plastics to tell us VAR doesn't favour them. Video here:

Similar thing happened in the same fixture with the same ref last season, Skipp needed 12 stitches.
But yeah, VAR doesn't have a special Liverpool mode

I'm fairly certain you don't get penalties for running into the goal post
Err, he kicks him in the headhttps://www.skysports.com/football/video/30998/131...
…but if it makes those of you who support the serial losers feel any better carry on thinking “if only” …talk about missing the bigger picture!
