I’d bring on the youth players, especially Amass at left back. Can’t be any worse. At least they will give a st.

Everyone is out of position from the stupid system ETH has them playing, it’s been the same all season, The bloke is a stubborn clown.
You honestly think the manager is telling Casemiro to be so far out of position?
He has the midfield always on the wrong side, it’s being going on all season. His system won’t work in the premier league but he is to stubborn to change.

May as well, even if they make mistakes they can learn from it. It's not like they can cost us the game. The only thing is I'd rather they had debuts in happier circumstances than this 'effort'.

Yep.

Never understand this, we're fked. Just give the kids a go - the fans will expect less from them and appreciate their effort. Instead we're watching a complete shambles.

How anybody can think this effort is on the manager is beyond me. These players are making basic mistakes you wouldn't do in Sunday League. Too old/too tired/too uninterested, whatever it is no manager can coach around these players. These are individual mistakes not team mistakes.

What gets me is we brought in genuine world class players like Casemiro and Varane with a view to using their experience for a couple of years whilst we find their young understudies. Instead we are running them into the ground with no replacement in sight.

My mistake, a few injured defenders for this game explains the whole season where we're likely to finish in our worst ever league position (since the Premier League started over 30 years ago).

We'd be top 3 if we had Luke Shaw and a couple more available.
People are talking about this game because, you know, there is a game going on. It's a different debate about the season as a whole, but might be better left until we've lost this one too no?

I agree. Erik in, give him a new contract.

They're welcome to.

Just as I am welcome to consider the season as a whole when providing a view about the manger.

I don't think it's a particularly high expectation for people to be able to consider both at the same time.

Sure, but maybe make it clear thats what you are doing, because it read very much like you were talking about the game that is going on beer

Fair enough if I wasn't clear.

No, I'd never suggest sacking a manager based on a single game.

Suspect he'll be sacked before the FA CUp final.

Can we have the one Cantona kicked? He'd probably be less disruptive to us.

It's not a good look considering his career, but he needs subbing off to protect him. It's embarrassing now.
