⭕ VEHICLE SUMMARY
The ultimate drivers' car - the air-cooled Porsche 911 short wheel base. Where it all began, the early Porsche 911 traces its roots back to sketches drawn by Ferdinand "Butzi" Porsche in 1959. The 911 developed as a more powerful, larger and comfortable version of the 356 (Porsche's first model), making its first debut in 1963 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The first models had a rear-mounted 130bhp flat-6 air-cooled engine in the "boxer" configuration like the 356. This example has a larger 2.4 T engine fitted, offering a faster experience while maintaining that classic heritage. This is a very rare find and we don't say that lightly. If you're a driver looking for that very special 911 short wheel base experience, but you don't quite have the available funds for a fully matching numbers / factory original example, then this is a car you should seriously consider, and save a lot of cash in the process. We all know that modified 911s are hot property right now. They are for those drivers' that aren't too fussed about 'factory original' - these petrolheads are more concerned about the 'pure driving experience' than 'pure originality'. Stuart, the owner, is one of those guys and he has built this car with driving at the centre of his tick list.
