LESS THAN GOOD POINTS
It is officially due a cambelt although it was only changed at 31, 819mls, but in Aug 2015.
It is now due a service, although it was only serviced at 33, 563mls, but in Sep 2019
Paintwork looks good from a distance but close up there are lots of stonechips, odd   scratches and scuffs and one small spidering at the rear.
  * My suggestion would be it needs a full respray to get it perfect.
Air Conditioning doesn’t work but is all present
I have been feeding the leather seats as they were quite dry, but the original owner also started wearing braces so the rear of the drivers seat is showing some scuffing.
I have been as honest as I can be about the car in my description. I have owned an Elise in the past and I would still consider the Elan S2 to be a superior road car. This particular Elan drives fantastically with a minimum feeling of wear, befitting of the low mileage. Great steering, gearchange, ride and smoothness throughout the rev range. The new exhaust really has transformed the performance allowing the engine to breath and boost as it should.
I would say with a few grand this would be a show stopper, certainly based on the history that comes with it.
