First registered by Stratstone Ferrari of Wilmslow as their demonstrator in September 2009 , this car began its four-year factory warranty in November 2009. Just a few months later, with a mere 210 miles, Stratstone upgraded the car with the coveted HGTE package — transforming the 599 into an even more focused and rewarding driver’s car.

The HGTE specification enhanced virtually every aspect of the 599’s dynamics: faster F1-SuperFast gear shifts, stiffer springs and anti-roll bars, lower ride height, revised exhaust system, unique tyres, and lighter modular alloy wheels — all contributing to a sharper, more responsive and emotionally immersive drive.

After its time as a demonstrator, the car was sold to its first private keeper in May 2010 with just 930 miles, and later passed to its second UK custodian in December 2012 via Maranello Sales, Surrey, showing a mere 2,230 miles. It was subsequently purchased by a gentleman overseas, maintaining its beautifully low-mileage, cherished history.
