Tvr chimeara indicater dash light not flashing

Hi
New member and I now proudly own a tvr chimeara 1998 4.0
My question if anybody can help is indicaters working out side making clicking noise.inside ..but no flash
On dashboard and the highbeam blue light flashes.
Plus put highbesm on and the indicater light flashes.
Hope someone can help!
