which oil for V8 Vantage

am away and don't have the hand book, wanted to get some oil in so i can top her up over the weekend.

incidentally what oil consumption are people getting out of their cars?

Mines used about 6 litres in 12,500 miles. i think the handbook says to expect up to 1 litre per 1,000 miles

Castrol RS or Edge 10/60

mine went through a lot the first 10K miles or so - It used about 1L per 2000 miles, but now im over 20K miles it seems to have slowed down a lot..Ive put in about 1L so far and Im halfway to my next service

I was told by the Aston dealer, Castrol Formula RS 10/60W

yeah - RS is end of life - replaced by Edge Sport 10/60
