When you purchase an approved Ferrari from a U.K. dealer what paperwork would you you normally receive on handover or shortly afterwards, I’ve only had relevant emailed purchase invoices. Should I expect dealership details, Ferrari warranty, approved check certificates and roadside assistance information?
Im grateful for any advice!

Pretty sure the answer is none of them - the warranty is (eventually) activated in MODIS - if you need assistance google the number and they should have access to your details etc - its the 21st century and everything is electronic for better or worse - the check list is rarely handed over as effectively its an internal document

ps what do you mean by dealer details - surely you know who they are and as a result you've trusted them with your money so what else is there ?

Get the Ferrari app. The warranty details, phone numbers etc can be accessed from there.

Thanks for the replies, it’s appreciated.

When I said contact details I was referring to the introduction to to the various dealer departments, eg service and direct point of contact if any warranty issues. The last Ferrari dealership I used all this information was supplied on handover, it’s certainly not a big deal but I was curious.

The Ferrari app is only showing car details with no service history listed, I’m sure this will be updated at some point as the car obviously has full history, tbh it all seems a little slow to get sorted but I’m a patient guy!

Thanks again.

The app does take a while to update, and I have had to hassle them a few times.

If you do ever break down, then the numbers you need are on the app, including the warranty number. I broke down in Italy last year and having the app and warranty was a godsend.
