Yeah cos speed limits is for cissys' an all just a scam for raping your wallet, innit?

eta: The ironic thing is, if it wasn't for the complete tossers who actually think like that (and drive accordingly), the rest of us would have a much better chance of being left alone to make sensible judgements based on road conditions wink

1. Does he prosecute both drivers for speeding?
2. Can he prosecute both drivers for speeding?
3. Is there sufficient evidence to prosecute both drivers for speeding?

If you don't get yes for all 3 you are wrong.
Really?

I thought it was the CPS that prosecuted, and that the Police merely made reports for the decision to be made by the CPS.

Therefore my answers are:-

1. No
2. No
3. Let the court decide.

The CPS do nothing until the police raise a 'prosecution' file.

But that is not the same as prosecuting. The clue is in the name of the CPS is it not?

The CPS is a service agency and the service they provide is to prosecute criminal cases on behalf of the police. The clue is in the name of the CPS is it not?

Its the CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE, not the Police Prosecution Service - suggests they provide a service for the Crown
