a broken down piece of crap has been abandoned on the road outside my house for a few days. I checked the mot, tax & insurance today - tax & mot valid but no insurance. Its a worthless piece of ste so very unlikely its 'in the trade'.

But although there is dvla facility to report untaxed cars, there is not for uninsured ones. Don't want to 101 it as its not actualy being driven. Just want it got rid of.

If it's not insured ,and on the road, it's not legal. I've had one or two recently and used 101. Usually next day response .

This, together with your previous post, "Where can I report an excessively dirty bus", makes me wonder whether you are a former East German Stasi informanteek

It could well have insurance. It could be covered under a trader policy or similar. Sometimes these do not show on MID,

No I heard them trying to start it when they broke down in the middle of the night. Eventually they got picked up by someone. It was a while ago hence I also know it appears to have been abandoned. One tyre has gone flat.

How long is "a while ago?", last week?, three weeks ago?, two months ago?, 6 months ago?, a year ago?

As for the flat tyre: What does that prove? The car could have a slow puncture that goes flat every couple of days if it's not pumped up regularly or someone could have let the tyre down out of spite for parking "a broken down piece of crap" on the road!

A while ago? It was only a few days in your OP

I think it was tuesday judge To be honest it's only cos it's right outside my house it's getting on my nerves, between mine and my neighbour's driveways. I know I don't own the road, but.

I get pissed off with my neighbours cars that aren't broken down parked either edge of my drive.......why buy a house if you've nowhere to park your cars? I don't do it to them.......reason? I bought a house to suit my needs. I wouldn't like the situation the op is in any more than he does.

I don't like morris dancing, but as it is legal I have to put up with it.

Perhaps if you ask him nicely, he'll stop?

If you'd "bought a house to suit your needs", then you'd have bought one without any neighbours, or where they all have drives too.
