Bought a new 40 smart sharp aquos but no channel 4 or 5

Help folks, just bought a new smart tv on Black Friday , it seems to have a bucketload of apps including I player, YouTube and Netflix .
But we can't seem to find 4 for all or 5 on demand, they are not in the initial setup. Can I download them or do I need a separate dongle?
We also have Amazon prime but cannot see an app for this.
What am I doing wrong?
