I’d like to say you should get a group of you and give him a hiding but that would be wrong of me and I would never condone that type of behaviour in any way.
Yep, all beat him up in front of his bird. It's the only way. wink

I'd just lamp him in the mouth. He sounds like an asshole. Assholes are often best treated with a bit of their own medicine. Go round to his house, threaten to grab him by the throat and tell him you don't like his wkish behaviour and nor does anyone else in the street. If you take a blood soaked machete, it'll probably help to get your point across. If you do this, I guarantee his behaviour will stop. He sounds like a bully, or a coward in any other terms. Bullies/cowards, all the same thing. Speak his language, he'll pick on something else and it won't be your problem anymore. If you can't do this, pay someone to do it for you. It'll be the best £300 you've ever spent. I absolutely don't agree with anything I've written, but pork, sometimes, cannot be educated, unless we all try to speak pig.

For future reference if I ever get arrested for killing some asshole, I actually didn't mean any of the above, it was all just conjecture and I have drunk a little bit of wine. I've never even hit anyone, apart from my brother when we fought as kids... But I still think that's what he should do. I don't even have a machete. Blood soaked or not wink

Have you got any mates with a toe truck / 4x4? Every time he blocks you in, tow the car down the road and round the corner, repeat until it stops.

How about changing your attitude towards him? Be nice to him. It's amazing how peoples reactions change.

Either all the road makes a complete constant nuisance of themselves to the landlord until he kicks him out.... or you pay someone to make a complete constant worrying nuisance of themselves toward the idiot,to the point that he doesn’t want to live there anymore.Better still, both.
Do not get involved yourself aggressively or otherwise, it will quite likely bite you in the arse big time. These type know how to play the system, I’ve seen it first hand.

Big trolley jack, every time he obscure a driveway move the car so its blocking the road and call the rozzers.

but yes the landlord is really your only option, if you all do it all the time landlord will get rid of the tenant as its not worth his/her time and aggro constantly dealing with you all.

You should start blocking his car if he leaves it on his drive. Or if he leaves it on the road, get together with a neighbour and park so close to the front and rear of his car so he can’t move it. Then don’t answer the door when he comes calling.

Basically give him a taste of his own medicine.

Can you post a google maps view? Does he park on the actual highway blocking your drive?

Photos everytime and sent to the landlord, everytime. Make it the landlords issue, get the neighbours to do the same.
Explain he does it deliberately then never answers the door.

Landlord will get pissed off.

And quite likely get your car keyed or worse. These people don't give a st, you have to think a bit more outside the box.

Yes, because escalating the situation into an arms race with a mentalist always works.

Doesn’t need violence. Why not grab a square of linoleum and challenge him to a dance off? Loser leaves the area, never to return.

I cant imagine the drive layout, however could you not just park one of your cars on the road, blocking the driveway so cannot park there. It'd be easier to move your own car out the way that his.

This. Block your own driveway so he can't.

I had a problem with a neighbour when he was drunk one night. I went round the next day prepared to fight him if necessary as he was aggressive. I didn’t want to do that obviously but I was prepared to do it if I had to, my preferred option was to sort things out with anything physical.
I couldn’t live there if I didn’t face up to him as I would have been constantly stressed. I knocked on the door and said I was there to sort things out, we talked it through and shook hands in the end. Problem solved.

I think you need to do the same. Knock on his door and have a talk to him just the two of you. Be prepared for him to swing at you but don’t make the first move. If you don’t do this you’ll never relax while you live there. He sounds a tt but you need to face up to him. Good luck.
