A house is an inanimate object, it doesn't suffer. Its occupants do.
This has gotten very dark all of a sudden.

I'd amend that to

My vehicle was parked the entire time, therefore I refer you to the reply given in the case of Arkell v. Pressdram.

Its just going to be a pain if calls his insurance company.
Also i work away and the kids mother is proper council and liable to shouting the odds and my other half is a bit of soft touch.
She'll just give him the £150 while you're not looking then. A lot of women are like this - they don't like hassle and they're so used to spending money left, right and centre that it doesn't bother them.

Id put the note on the fridge and forget. Reason for this as if the insurnace companies get involved and he changes his story or mentions it you can say well he left a note at the time saying this - now hes changed his story / is full of st as we have no damage or tow bar etc.

I would still ignore him

It's an English word that appeared around the 4th century used by writers such as Shakespeare and Bacon. It's the past participle of 'get'. Hope this helps.

Fair play to the dictionary of Sir Francis Oakey.

So he’s trying to commit fraud?

Suggest that the old bill may want to take a view of this, that may focus his thoughts.

The obvious reply is that since he drove into her tow bar and it is now missing you want the cost of fitting a new one.

Hi my misses did move her car as i stated and when she returned the neighbour's grandsons car had left.
I dont think she will pay any money as her father has told her not to.
She has already sent him a message to him telling him no and reminding him about fraud which is definite touch of her father speaking to her. She normal takes more notice of him rather than me anyway.

Ive got a packet of sausages lined up just in case.

It also took me a while to see any damage on his car.
