Suspect 37 days without a Dump

Reading the news it appears there is a suspect who has allegedly swallowed the drugs he had on him. He is in custody still and has now gone 37 days without a dump.

The previous known record was 35 days, at what point do they strap him down and give him a flush out. At the moment there has been two prison officers watching him 24 hours per day.

Just curious as to what they can do legally

That was the weird thing, he is apparently still drinking and eating, not sure how that can be?

There was a thread on this a few days ago. Apparently he is drinking but not eating. Perhaps a walk around.....?

I was going to say "is he still going?" But doesn't seem appropriate, neither does "is he still holding out". Sigh.
