OP AGTlaw has already posted some free information for you, have you thought to try and contact him about this, if you are expecting to sort this without spending any money you are doomed from the start.

Most insurers cover it. Unless they explicitly say they don’t such as the examples I’ve posted previously then you’re covered.

Thank you for the mention but it’s not something I would take on.

Many solicitors will give at least a basic level of initial advice free of charge. That advice will be far better than something you read on an internet forum.

Usual caveat about avoiding unscrupulous ‘national’ solicitors with only one office.

It looks like they were swamped by a few trolls in a short space of time, as the discussion goes onto identifying the IP addresses of those starting the threads.

please to all normal people i am realy sorry but i will not post anyhing till the case is resolved i will post when case is resolved cos i am wasting time on muppeds like that one just to let you know i have post the question on polish website first had hope i will get reply with similar story unfortunelty reply was only waste of time i belive story is the same i iam not getting paid out cos of alcohol in blood ( within the limit ) i will not reply to any more messages i have post that on polish website aswell i will post when i will know everyhing

It’s simple, that letter with all your personal details missing will prove you’re telling the truth and that I (amd quite a few others) are muppeds (sic).
