There are bigger things to worry about in life, this isn't one of them.
I thought the username was familiar - OP seems to have form with these sort of life crisis issues / threads - previously we've had similar crisis over red lights, traffic light cameras, speed cameras & not knowing the glaring difference between a Police or Highways Agency 4x4 getmecoat

Absolutely no risk of any punishment in my opinion. If you return to the entrance to the business park and come in down the entrance road there is a 10mph speed limit sign, which I don’t believe is valid for the public highway.

The OP could look to see if it is an adopted road, know our local county council has a map online of all adopted roads, others might have one too
