Car Accident & Personal Injury Claim

I was in an accident some time back where a guy reversed into me while I was stationary. Initially I thought I just had a bit of a stiff shoulder and neck the next day but it got to the point where I was unable to work properly (physical cheffing work).

I claimed, not for "damages" but to recoup my costs and losses and a couple of physio visits. If you are having to incur additional costs I'd be claiming for them.
