Hi folks,

I have just changed the front wheels to 16" Imolas and just wondering what tyre pressures people were running at the front?

I have gone for 205/50/16 Rainsport 3's

Jase.

I’ve stuck to the same as the 15 inch wheels which was 22 psi for me.

User manual pressures are irrelevant, they were for Bridgestone SO2pp's which have an abnormally stiff side wall. You need to find a good pressure for the tyres you choose. The general consensus is that 24psi front & 26psi rear is a good starting point. Changing from 15" to 16" as I did made no significant difference so I stuck with 24/26

Don’t be frightened to take them down to 20 or even lower.
I run 17 rims and I find 22/24 is about right. I run them even lower if just using car around town as it improves grip and comfort for me.
